While Taiwan is renowned for its wonderful oolongs, it also produces many other flavorful teas. One standout example is our High Mountain Black Tea. Sourced from tea bushes grown at elevations exceeding 1000 meters, the misty weather, cooler temperatures, and mineral-rich soil impart a unique and delicious flavor to the leaves.
This tea is fully oxidized and then lightly roasted at low temperatures to preserve its complex character. Its aroma carries hints of sweet fruit and malt, leading to a mellow and well rounded profile.
